At Just Shine Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the highest standard of cleaning in Abu Dhabi. While we provide service-based solutions, we have established clear guidelines regarding refunds and service re-runs to ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our residential and commercial clients.
Service Satisfaction
Since we provide professional labor and time-based services, we do not offer monetary refunds once a service is completed. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, we offer a complimentary "re-cleaning" of the specific area within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a nominal convenience fee to cover staff logistics.
Prepaid Bookings
For prepaid online bookings, if a refund is approved due to service non-delivery or double payment, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Terms of Service Guarantee
- Clients must inspect the property immediately after the service is completed and before our team leaves the premises.
- Any claims regarding missed areas or quality issues must be reported to our support team at +971 55 223 2850 within 24 hours of the service.
- We do not take responsibility for pre-existing physical damage to surfaces, furniture, or upholstery that is uncovered during the deep cleaning process.
- For move-in/out services, the property must have active electricity and water connections. If the service cannot be completed due to lack of utilities, no refund will be issued.
- Complimentary re-cleaning is only valid for the specific tasks originally booked in the service package.
